Do you sell within Turkey?
No. TooChair does not sell products within Turkey. All orders are handled as international exports.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We deliver worldwide through our trusted logistics partners. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible unless defective. Please see our Refund & Return Policy.
How do I initiate a return or refund?
Contact us at info@toochair.com with your order number and details. Our team will guide you through the return process. Returns must be shipped back internationally at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Can I customize my order?
Yes. Many of our chairs can be customized with different fabrics, finishes, and bases. Contact our sales team for customization options.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
